About the event
Artists will explore the themes and messages of Martin Luther King Jr.'s "I Have a Dream" speech and create an art piece that reflects their interpretation of his dream for equality and justice.
We will do an art project called Visualizing the Dream encouraging artists to think about how they can visually represent the themes and messages of the speech.
All art supplies will be provided as well as light snacks. Feel free to bring what your child likes. There will be a lobby/ lounge area where parents can wait for your child while they attend the workshop.
