Kay will provide all participants with canvases, acrylic paint and brushes to use during the session. The sessions theme centers around mental health, aiming to promote awareness and positive well-being through artistic expression. Although this is a self guided experience, Kay will be available to offer assistance and encourage your individual artistic journey. Prompts will be avaialble too.
